About Orchard Gems
Match-3 is played on two levels: the immediate move, and the cascade it triggers. A line of three is worth little; the collapse behind it is where the big scores come from.
Orchard Gems runs on limited moves with a score target rather than a timer: thinking is allowed, rushing is never rewarded.
How to play
- Click or drag to swap two adjacent squares.
- A swap is only valid if it creates a line of at least three symbols.
- Cleared squares are refilled from above, which can set off cascades.
- Hit the score target before you run out of moves.

Three ways to get better
- Play as low on the board as you can: the cascade runs longer.
- A line of four creates a special gem — set it up rather than stumble into it.
- Do not spend a move on three isolated symbols at the top of the grid.
