What to put in the message
A bug report is only actionable if it can be reproduced, and four lines are usually enough to make that possible: the exact game and page address, the browser and version, the device, and what you were doing in the ten seconds before it went wrong. If a score or a favourite disappeared, say whether you had cleared your browsing data — scores live in your own browser and nothing is stored on our side, so that single detail settles most reports immediately.
For an editorial correction in the Ontario guide, the fastest route is the page address plus the sentence you are disputing. Where a figure is involved — a wagering multiplier, a minimum deposit, a payout window — a link to the operator’s own terms or to the AGCO or iGaming Ontario page you are working from is what turns a report into a correction on the same day. Corrections are made against primary sources only, so a screenshot of another comparison site is not something we can act on.
What happens next
One person reads the inbox on weekdays and replies within two business days. A reproducible bug is normally fixed in the same week, because every game is a few hundred lines of code with no third-party engine underneath. A factual error in the guide is corrected or the claim is removed — there is no third option, and we do not leave a disputed figure standing while it is investigated.
Game suggestions are read but rarely answered individually. The catalogue grows by roughly one title a fortnight and the constraint is build time rather than ideas, so a suggestion that lands is more likely to appear months later than to get a reply now.
